Abstract
Marc Laukien of Object-Oriented Concepts presents an overview of CORBA, and shows us OmniBroker, a CORBA development tool runs on a number of platforms, including Linux and Solaris. OmniBroker requires a C++ development environment. Under Solaris, OmniBroker can use either GNU g++, or Sun's C++. Under Linux, OmniBroker uses g++. OmniBroker is free for non-commercial use.
